Technical Data: Profile drawings (DXF, PNG, JPG files), die specifications, production metadata you upload to the system.

Usage Data: Search queries, system interactions, performance metrics to improve AI accuracy.

• Provide, maintain, and improve PETRA AI services
• Process profile matching and AI recognition
• Send service-related communications and support
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance system performance
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

On-Premise Deployment: For on-premise installations, all data remains on your infrastructure. We do not access or store your technical drawings.

Cloud Deployment: Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Stored in EU data centers compliant with GDPR.

AI Processing: Profile geometry is converted to vector embeddings for matching. Original drawings are not used for AI training without explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data. We may share information only in these circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operations under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
